| Bryozoan | What are these? Not sure what this is, I thought it was a sponge but not sure? ![]() The next 2 picture are of some white things I have them on the glass and the back of the tank, they do not move and they look like tiny snail shells. They have been there for about 2 weeks? ![]() ![]() What kind of hermit is this, he was supposed to be a red leg but he looks nothing like my other red legs and he is killing my snails. ![]() ![]() I know that is a mushroom but what are the things behind it? The LFS where I got it told me they are button something but they never open or anything? ![]() |

| Social Darwinism victim | Re: What are these? Hi Becca. First thing is a sponge, white dots could be pods, got me on the crab, and the shroom neighbors might be button polyps. The polyps kinda look like zoos but the ones I've seen are usually bigger. Some are "hairier". Could be palythoas too though.

| Tunicate | Re: What are these? Whoooaa... deja vu ![]() Edited/added portion below: Dear posters, It would appear that I have upset the Karma Fairy with the "deja vu" comment above ![]() I thought it funny at the time that I could have sworn I had posted a reply to this thread, yet I couldn't find what I wrote anywhere in the post... I realized later that I had replied to the same post on the other site. My comment was by no means meant to imply that I do not condone the posting of the identical questions on multiple sites... that's a great idea... I do it too ![]() I thought, in posting the link to the other site, that folks might benefit from information there that was not offered here. My deepest apologies to the Karma Fairy, I am sincerely sorry that I offended you and beg your forgiveness ![]() Last edited by tomshannon : 04-30-2008 at 12:35 AM. |
