Re: Bad?

Looks like a bristle worm.
Great part of a cleanup crew.

Have heard legends of monster ones eating fish though.
So don't go out of your way to feed them. lol

Don't touch them either. The bristles hurt bad and are hard to get out of your skin.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

It was a good thing I read this because I might have tried to get one. But on the other hand I don't think I want to touch LR any more.

Re: Bad?

No need to kill them. They are good guys for the most part.
They are one of many reasons why you should never put your hands in the tank without gloves. Actually they are far from the worst thing you can run into. There are various diseases some of them very very bad as well as things you can introduce into the tank that are equally bad for your fish.
