| Acropora | Re: unknown critter srprouting out of the sand bed COOL& Thank's! I swear the thing just show popped up! I didn't see it earlier today. So where did it come from? I suppose it could of come from the recent corals I added, but they got a thorough dip. I bet it came with that shot of wild sand I added several months ago. Other than one fish, nothing has been added to this tank in well over a year. Now Let's see how long it takes the Koran Angel to have it for brunch. |

| Acropora | Re: unknown critter srprouting out of the sand bed Well the fighting conch has taken an interest to the same spot as this worm is or more likely was. The worm didn't look very frisky to me. I don't know if it buried itself & escaped or if the conch is having it for a late dinner at the moment. I strongly suspect the later. Now I have no idea if & how "peanut worms" get around. What surprised me is it just poped out of the SB & the Koran Angel or one of the brittlestars didn't move in 1st. Thanks for the ID which I was too quick to ask for. I have seen the striped ones in LR in the past. What threw me was the white color & it popping out of the sand bed like it did. |
