weird 8 tenticle wurm or critter

I actually have a pic to share. IT's in a whole in the rock it has a black body and 8 arms, that half look like red and white roots, it goes through pulling one in at a time as it grabs food.

Oh wait.. one in at a time.. you may be lucky enough to have a cuke in your tank. I had a small one that lived in a live rock nook. Does it look like this...with differing colors?

That's what I'm thinking Dave. Some cucumbers live in holes in the rock work and will bloat their body as a defense from being pulled out of their hole.

Yep... neat critters. Mine was ugly, dusky, fuzzy grey with white and black tentacles. It moved from hole to hole in my fiji rock. I think I sold him, inadvertantly, when I sold some rock. I've not seen him/it for some time.

Their are 2 on the same rock, one more whitish and on the other side.
