Yellow worm?

Last night I had this small yellow worm come out of a hole and by the time I thought about getting my camera he was gone. Im new to this whole thing and if I see him again I will try to get a picture. Any insight if he is ok to keep or do I need to remove him. About 2-3" long, small body less then the size of pasta. looked like he had eyes also, two black dots.

Without a pic it's just a guess but probably a bristle worm. They are yellowish/orange under some lights. Under my lights they are more pinkish orange. They have TONS of legs along their side (bristles) and are great detritus eaters. Part of your "hidden" clean up crew and as FAST as lightning when disturbed.

Did not see any legs on this guy. Im going to try and wait him out tonight with the camera.
