Re: nudibranch good or bad ?

Looks to be a coral eating nudibranch. I have pulled them from my tank, but only they were white.

Re: nudibranch good or bad ?

My first thoughts seeing a nudi that color orange is that he may be a zoanthid eating nudi and he has been feeding on some lovely orange zoas.
I cant say for certain though.

Re: nudibranch good or bad ?

Nudis usually eat what they hitch-hike in on.Sometimes it's all they eat and sometimes not.

Re: nudibranch good or bad ?

Yeah, I found a tiny white one on my glass Christmas day. I pulled it out quick because I had read somewhere that they are bad news. I then read up on them in one of my books and found that most of them eat corals. Seems like everyone is giving you good advice from what I know. I would at least pull him out until you get a definite answer. Good luck with that.
