Question Red Thingy doing the backstroke!

Does anyone have an idea what this is? Some kind of worm maybe?

Close, but that one is stuck in the sand, this one is on the top of the water no attachments at all. I do have some thing like spagetti worms in my tank, do you think this is what they look like out of the sand?
