| Dragon Moderator ![]() | Leather coral ID please Can i get an ID on this leather coral I have please? I got this coral at a local Reef club meeting and I don't remember what it's called. There were too many corals there and too many people talking about too many different other corals! If you've been to a frag wrokshop you'll know what I mean by all that ![]() ![]()

| Midas Blenny | Paralemnalia sp. ? Maybe.? Also known as the Finger Leather. But it also looks like Sinularia brassica, also known as Finger Leather. My bet is the Sinularia br.

| Golden Moray ![]() | Hard to say, my best guess based on appearance would be a Lobophytum sp. How hard/leathery/tough is it? Or, is it softer like a Colt/Xenia?

| Dragon Moderator ![]() | It's very tough to the touch, not soft like the Xenia. Very little slime was produced when it was fragged. It doesn't look like the colt I had before. The polyps don't extend much further then they are, I may try to relocate it in the tank to see if it'll extend anymore then it is. They are really small polyps. The frag is about 2 inchs long when extended and when it's retracted it's about 1/2. Unfortunately I didn't see the mother colony opened up at all, however the base was really thick (about 2inch diameter when retracted). This was one of many little branches on top of the stock.
