help me ID this coral... its between the toadstool leather and the (dying) maze brain... help on that too... anyways what is it?

Yep...star polyps. Watch them...they can quickly take over a tank.

i was thinking star polypes too but dont SP's grow out of a mat like base not just out of the rock?

id say a type iof pipe organ.

SP are do not have long tubular bodys like that, also note if there are lil filaments along each arm.

bob says pipe organs.

those can sting stuff like crazy. i just got some dude to buy my colony for $35 because its gettin to big, and stinging my zoos
