What kind of Macro is this?

What kind of Macro is this? It's growing really well in my tank and I would like to be able to have a name along with it.

Yep, I put 1 small piece in my 40 gallon tank several months ago, and it has taken over! I keep giving away large clumps to other people, (sharing the wealth? spreading the misery?) but I never seem to make a dent in it! Does look nice though. There is some concern about it "going sexual" and potentially killing much of the tank.

I've had my tank setup since August, and I just saw it about two weeks ago. It must have been hiding in the rock for a long time. I'll have to keep an eye on it. Thanks
