| Bryozoan | itsy bitsy white things Any ideas what these white things are? Sorry the picture sucks. It was the best I could do, even with a macro setting. They are white and about 3/16". They showed up in our tank a few weeks after one of our snails spawned. My husband thinks baby snails, but my 6 year old insists that they are plankton of some kind. There is a much smaller version of them on the front of my tank, but they are just little dots. Should I be concerned? Is this an invasive pest?

| Bryozoan | Re: itsy bitsy white things They do not have a shell. But they are definately 3 dimesional - not flat. They are kind of elliptical. The ones on the front of the glass are flat and move fast like little bugs. The ones in the overflow do not move theyare stationary on the glass. Perhaps we have two different critters? ![]()
