| Contributing Member ![]() | For several months I have been picking these nudis off my M. spumosa, I average one per month, I missed one month and the section they seem drawn to, bleached out a bit...oce the critters were removed it colored back up just fine, but I'm looking for an ID. I've never noticed these on either my m. digitatas or my caps. ![]() ![]() *Note to RL* A word of caution, I remember when we were aranging the shipment, the frag you were going to send me, suddenly bleached, the same happened when I missed a month of picking these guys off. Might wanna keep your eyes out for these guys. They appear to be specifically drawn to the spumosa. |

| Golden Moray ![]() | Urgh!!! Yep, I recognize that little &$%#@# -- strangely enough, not from my tank, though -- I've never seen any (yet - knocking on wood!!) in our tank. I remember reading about them on RC quite a while ago. The species name is >>Phestilla minor<<, and they're definitely a Monti. eater. Here - I found it, here's the thread on RC I remember reading -- >Capricornis recession< -- I honestly can't remember if anyone found a "solution" for these critters. Hopefully that thread will provide some insight. I'll keep a close eye, thanks for the heads-up, and good luck!! Keep us posted.

| Golden Moray | I haven't run across one of these yet. I know I don't need to tell you this but I want it out there for others-----don't touch it with your bare hands----wear gloves.

| Reef Lobster | RR ... nasty little fella .... how long has the Monti been in there, I'm just wondering what they came in on and how they are reproducing. Could you move the Monti to a Q tank and starve the little buggers out. They die quite quickly without a food source Brucey
