Not really sure. Here is the best picture I could get of it. And yes, it is soft.

Way cool, any growth in a new tank is a good sign, eh? Keep up the good patient work!

Re: Gina and Mark's New 75 Gallon.

Well, after hanging sheet rock on Marks ceiling yesterday for 7 hours we decided to head over to the LFS and get a few fish. I decided on 3 Blue Green Chromis.
They are doing very well and even ate as soon as they were added to the tank.
I love how they stay together when moving around.

Re: Gina and Mark's New 75 Gallon.

Thanks everyone!
Still don't know what to do about the star polyps and zoas. We have placed them lower in the tank and the zoas are where they are getting plenty of flow and they still don't want to open.
Temp is ok
PH is fine
Parameters are good
I don't know what else to try and do.
Any more ideas throw them out there please.

Oh, the Chromis are pigs!!!!
It's funny to see how the clown has become friends with them and swims along with them. We need to get him a mate!! LOL

Re: Gina and Mark's New 75 Gallon.

Here are the lights that I plan on buying this weekend for the 30 cube.
I will be setting that up at the end of May for Seahorses and a few soft corals.

Re: Gina and Mark's New 75 Gallon.

I really like feeding the cubed frozen food but, it does cost a little more than buying the sheets. Last time we made our own fish mush we spread the food out on a cookie sheet and froze it.
Well, came up with a solution to freezing our own mush and making it convienent to feed or a little easier than cutting up the sheets.

We found these on e-bay and thought we would give them a try.
