    ok! more naughty and nice for the week HA! today was the day of liberation, today I threw acid in the face of PHOSPHATE! my oh my what an adventure, soaked dead rock in bleach and water for 2 days, rinsed it well then put it in a 20 gallon garbage can with 10 gal of water, held breath and poured in a ltr of muriatic acid, instand cloudy water, then foam, then more foam then after 45 minutes the brown scum of defeat! drained and rinsed, brown filth was really hard to rinse, just seemed never ending, finally left the hose in the bucket and let it run for 2 hrs, tomorrow Ill check ph.
    Also got my powder coat stuff back and assembled the hood, wiring and fan to come this week. Pics???

    80 gallon reef system. 50 gallon cube by Oceanic, (24x24x20), circa 1997 or 1998, Aqua C EV120 with Gen X external Pump 1090GPH-Let me just say it now-WOW!, (2) Two Little Fishies Media reactors usually filled with activated carbon, 1 Kent Marine reactor, various power heads, 33 gallon long (48 inches long) Oceanic converted refugium, 150 pounds of Pink Fiji sand, 30 pounds of live sand, 250 pounds of Fiji Rock, Mag 9.5 return pump and a Mag 5 return pump, overflows, 216 Total WATTAGE-LED DIY Light Fixture-72 LEDs powered by 6 Meanwell drivers with 6 remote controlled outlets for on/off control-with 8 moonlights-4 royal blues ,2 blues and 2 green.
