Re: JKreef's 75 Gallon Project

Be careful, and I hope the current tank residents don't harrass your CBB. Would be a real shame to loose such a good fish.

This female anthias is the only resident who has shown aggression...and only towards the other lyretails. Otherwise everyone else in the reef have been ideal citizens.

LOL! Definitely still cool...the vikings must've had other "things" on their minds... I didn't get to see the game, I came home from work sick, and was asleep all day.

You know I'll post pics, even if I'm late posting them I'll get them up ASAP.

Current stock list:
2- True Percula Clowns
1- Rainsford Goby
1- Yellow Watchman Goby
2- Lyretail Anthias
1- Kole Tang
1- Regal Tang
1- Psychedelic Dragonet
3- Emerald/Mithrax crabs (one of them is black )
2- Sally Lightfoot crabs
3- Peppermint Shrimp
1- 3" Gold Maxima Clam
Various snails...

and as of tomorrow also:
1- Copperband Butterfly

I wouldn't mind a few more emeralds, as long as they don't start hunting after my fish,,,, mine are ideal citizens, and ocasionally I hand feed them pieces of seaweed selects. Very funny little critters.

Re: JKreef's 75 Gallon Project

Seaweed Selects are an algae sheet food made by Ocean Nutrition I believe. It's the algae sheets made for tangs, but I've found that my emeralds love it...and for some reason they aren't afraid of me.

Re: JKreef's 75 Gallon Project

and a few more shots...

the Gold Maxima Clam I added a month ago...had to knock a snail off of him to get a good shot, so he's sort of closed up.

a shot of my pulsing xenia...for a growth update. It's gone slow, but it is surely enough spreading. Originally Two main branches, now 5.

Well...I like the xenia picture better for a picture of my green digi colony, it shows awesome polyp extenstion.

Re: JKreef's 75 Gallon Project

Tonight I made an order for a few new things from Marine Depot Live.

1x Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
1x Blue Linkia Starfish
1x Tongan Fighting Conch
3x Tongan Nassarius Snails
1x Squamosa Clam
1x Purple Firefish

Everything should be here Friday morning...I finally have a day off of class and don't have to work til the afternoon, so I thought I would treat myself with a few new goodies for the tank to make it look purty(er).

I'll post more (good) shots later on, and I'll use a tripod next time.
<((()){ shaky hands

Have a great night everyone.
