Bad day in Monsterland! i had fed my anemones on saturday, a few silversides each. all seemed normal. today i come home, my carpet is spilling his guts turned inside out and the ritteri is flat and looking ill. scooped out the carpet (nothing smells better than a dead anemone) and moved the ritteri to a lower flow area so the the current wouldnt flap him around like it was. tested the water,,pH, amm., trites and trates all great, everything else in tank, leathers, clams, zoas, brain, shrooms,,,,normal.

im seriously bummed!!

Unhappy

So sorry to hear about your carpet anemone. Had high hopes for that one! I have never used silversiders for mine, and was about to get some. Do you think the silvers might have had a hand in their trauma? Still cold? Anyway, keep us all posted!
Thanks,
Greg

Man, sorry to hear that but, I'm glad you pulled it out in time!
I can't imagine silverslides affecting it like that? What do you think the problem was?
