Lookin good Dave! That's a decent size carpet! Nice color also.
Are you concerned at all about him scarfing on any of your fish?

Wow that's an awesome specimen ! Do you still have the Blue one ?
I'm also curious about the cinder blocks are you going to remove them after or are they permanent if you don't mind my asking ???

i lost the blue along time ago...i was a victim of an unscrupulous vendor,,,the blue began fading and it regurgitated a chunk of shrimp and it was blue,,,i began to think that it wasnt a true blue, and was dyed,,,lol...it then suscumbed to toxic shock syndrome.

the blocks are permenant..they will slowly get buried behind new rock as i purchase it, piece by well chosen piece. great open structure base rock

It reduces the slurping toilet flush noises caused by the water draining.
Love the Carpet Witty.

That is what I thought. I have the standard AGA overflow and am looking to eliminate the filters. What will this do to the flow into the sump? It took forever to get the pump just right. Sorry for the high jack. Last question I swear.!!

What filters are you looking to eliminate?

It shouldnt slow the flow to the sump at all. What do you mean it took forever to get the pump just right? Your pump should be waht determines the flow rate through your sump and tank.

You have me confused now.
