Yeah, the star is pretty awesome. When I first saw him at my LFS, they were just acclimating him but I knew I wasn't leaving without him. Especially since he was already 1.5 years old and already ate cyclopeez when I got him! They're usually hard to get, let alone eating cyclopeez and used to captive life.

Stills from a video cam? Wow, impressive...those are awesome pics. Love the goby, and the star is gorgeous.

I've had the starfish for about 2 months. But like I said, he is already older than 1.5 years old.

Yep, stills are from my Sanyo Xacti 1010. It's like a cross between a video camera and a still camera. Takes good stills at 8 megapixels and records video at 1080 HD. I usually use my Nikon D80 though, it takes much better pics than those.

Re: Bongo Shrimp's 29g Reef

Thanks. The Rhizo only inflates like that at night. I had to wait until about two hours after the lights turned off. Then I turned them on for a few minutes to take some pics. He eats like a pig!

Re: Bongo Shrimp's 29g Reef

My anemone shrimp was clear, white, purple and yellow. I haven't seen it for a month so I think it kicked the bucket.

Here is a pic of it but this isn't my pic:

He was really awesome and I going to get another one.

Re: Bongo Shrimp's 29g Reef

::UPDATE::

Took some pics of my tank yesterday. I now have a large, fat, male green mandarin. I knocked over a main rock piece while cleaning and the way I repositioned it, the whole thing looks smaller. In knocking over the rock, I snipped the tip of one of the feather star's arms so he's pretty unhappy. Other than that I just added some Tiger Trochus Snails and that's about it.

Pics:
