Since I could no longer take the constant battles with hair algae and the wonderful silicate soup....(the sand was pretty)......I have decided to go barebottom....

Replumbed the sump...

And the fuge, removed the powerhead that was running the fuge.

Nasty water after one of the rock scrubbings.....Massive water change...lol

Installed new skimmer...was going to go with another Euro-reef...but I got this skimmer plus pump for under a $100.00.....

I placed my corals into my other new setup......56 Cube..
I will post pictures of this setup later...

After testing the new plumbing for leaks, salt added.

welcome to the club MBL. everything looks nice and clean. i love the creative use of duct tape!

and last but not least,,,the levitating cutiing board picture messed with my brain,,,i blinked,,,huhh??? ohhhhh!!!

You just gotta love duct tape...I will be belting the fuge as soon as I get one.... I hate the bowing...
