My salinity is perfect thanks for askin'! I can totally relate to the shipping and handling thing, makes it difficult to add things slowly when you have to buy in bulk.

craig, I really envy the people that have local fish stores, not having one really has slowed the process of my tank and adding some nice new corals.

HI Doni

I'm blessed that the one and only LFS in Reno is a good one!

I have the same problem. Only 1 LFS within about 3000km of me that sells marine stuff. His supply is somewhat slow. Bene trying to get more live rock but all the stuff he gets sent is just realyl average at the moment. He said he'd give me as much as i wanted but couldnt sell me any. I just said it'd be more trouble than its worth with nitrates and stuff.

Your tank looks realyl good too btw from those pics. Id like to add a manifold type system on the return from ym sump when i make it. Obvioiusly it wont be a 8 way like yours but it gives me a good idea how to set it out

Well I finally made a decision on the protein skimmer, I ordered it and ups tracking says it should be here Friday. I ordered my reef creations MR-4R recirculating beckett I know is a new design but I really think it is going to be a great skimmer. I will post some pictures when it comes in.
