although its one week later, im still happy. bluezoo said they got confirmation that they will have my snails sometime this weekend and we will go from there and get them shipped out!

i love refractos. ours just came in the mailbox. the seller said the refracto was calibrated, but it was .001 off, lol. i used bufferred RODI to check it, and i calibrated it to .000 with the RODI. when i cleaned it, and put a sample from my tank it read 1.028, which is good ( little high? ). my water is low, so im fixing to add 1-2G of RODI, then WC on saturday. im very impressed that my salinity is so on track though. i thought it would be near hypo stage lol. i always add rodi when my skimmer pulls it out by the gallons, but its all good!

thats a little high but not bad since it would be raised slowly. i would add 3/4 og a gallon at a time. i only add 1/2g at a time for my tank to prevent swings

ok, well... i have this thing sitting in a cup. im not sure what to do with it ( toilet, or tank ) it came in a bag with one polyp of a Zoa. it acts like a snail and kindove sticks to the cup, it it maybe 1mm in length and maybe .5mm in width. it has like 2 feet on each side, going longways, and the middle is thin. no pic, i can barely see it lol

i don't know. i see things in my tank alot but no bad things like flat worms or red bugs. i wouldn't risk it

thats what i was thinking. i thought it would die overnight in the cup, but it didnt. things this hardy have to be bad, ruight? lol

i did some fragging last night, and just looked around. i found the shroom my clowns host has a baby, and another shroom that i forgot about ( it fell off, onto the sand bed ) has 2 babys
also my brownish Paly ( first coral, HH ) has sprouted another baby. it has produced 4 babys, 3 in like 2 weeks.
what are some signs of a tank crashing? it just seemes like everythings growing, and my tank still isnt that old...?

one more question...

would a sixline wrasse be an okay addition to my tank? i know the ich, im more concerned about him not getting along with something. apoparently they are very beneficial against nudis, and flatworms

my 6 line got along with everyone, with that said mine went carpet surfing. i don't know if their known jumper but i'm making a cover for mine as i have a bsjf and anonther 6 line coming wednesday

they are shrimp eaters so watch out. mine was just fine with shrimp in tank before him then i tried to add a cb shrimp and he didn't last the night

i have 3 large pepoers, and 2 large cleaners. if i get the wrasse it would be small so it can get in cracks, and cant eat my shrimp.
faust, im sure you've been to wet pets? they have small sixlines for $21. i saw them lastnight, and will try to talk the parents into going there again today. along with home depot for some eggcrate, and 7-11 for som e money lol

my 6-line doesn't bother my blood red, nor does my purple pseudo. My shrimp is a real thrill for noobs, but ultimately my selection of fish was just too limited if I worried about him. So far, so good.
