I got an order in from DIY reef. Finally have flat worm exit.

In that order I also got reflectors for the FW. They make me want to replace the ones I have now for the SE as they are tarnished and corroded.

Make sure you buy a double order of flatworm exit, and dose it again about 10 days after the first dose. You'll regret it if you don't. I find you need to dose a little higher than what the bottle says.

I meant buy a double dose so you have enough to dose 10 days later. There always seems to be some that hide in the cracks, and if you don't get them all they come back fast. In my experience about 20% more than the recommended dose has been perfectly fine, but be ready with carbon and a nice waterchange as soon as they start to die. Don't underestimate how toxic those buggers are when they die.

I am going to go pick up the 50g Sunday!

I am really apprehensive about the noise this system is going to make in my room. The first fill will be with tap. I can drain and refill in short periods of time without throwing away good water. I am sure it will take some work and time to get it silent.

Did I mention I hoping to have a real fish room? The basement bathroom ( not really a bathroom, just has a shower and a mirror ) is were the sump will go and I am hoping to consulate all fish stuff ( RODI, supplies, QT, work bench ) into one place. It would be nice to have a "fish room".
