Luis those moon light shots of your tank make me want to grab a diver's suit and do a midnight dive! Now only if I was certified!

Thanx u all.
Bear in mind that there is a Mark Weiss strip that targets the back of the reef and I still think I need two single lights on each side of the front of the tank for more coverage.

Thanx again Craig. Appreciate your compliments Mike. the aquascape still taking shape and I want to be through with it pretty soon. I am almost done with the fish. Mike do you know where I can find about 11 to 13 orange or yellow striped cardinals?

By the way I added to the reef yesterday a cleaner shrimp(was harrased immediately by my Scott's Wrasse) and also I added 2 mated Neon Gobies(They hang out side by side like the clowns do)

Mike regarding the red color on DW corals, Sheri made a comment on it that she read this somewhere. I would think on some of the species of DW this could be true. I imagine that those corals harvested from deeper water will have darker red tones, especially if they grow under ledges. I wonder if DW with lighter tones are harvested from lagoons.

Montana I have a friend that dives at night and when he saw the reef with the moonlights he said the same thing. He said diving at night is awesome.

awesome moonlight effect . My Yellow Coris wrasse made short work of my red banded pistol shrimp I would suggest that if you add shrimp to the tank make sure their big because some wrasses love to munch on them

I hear you Cheeks.

Yesterday I caught my flame, Orange back and Scotts shreding to pieces a blue legged crab and all of them proceeded to feast on it. I have some striped crabs that are tiny and expensive(becuase they are the most voracious, pound per pound..figure of speech)$2 each and they are smaller than a blue leg crab. I dont think this $19 Cleaner Shrimp will be around for long. I better be in the hunt for a LARGE one:-)

Yeah I am a little concerned with my cleaner shrimp being eaten by my chiseltooth wrasse but so far so good!

ah so you are talking about regular corals, not DW sps?? I know the collector out thier, and he say the dw are taken off the reef at about 30 feet. I am not sure about the other species beyond sps types. The reason I asked is that mine go either bright green or bright blue.

take care and kep the pics coming.

Mike

And please forgive the quality of this picture,I am not good enough to capture this guy. After about 50 pictures of him, this is the best I can do.

My Yellow Coris Wrasse Halechoris crysalis has not touched or shown any interest in my two Red Skunk Cleaner shrimp. He is amature male and so far so good.

Will work on the fish ID Luis, but it's not a Neon Goby is it?

My shrimp were very small and are now about an inch and one half long. Maybe I got lucky, eh?

I wanted to kill him I tried several times to catch him but couldn't. He's an incredible swimmer, like a torpedo
