Thanks guys, i appreciated, i was kina disapointed because of the shifting position of the branches, if you look at the original branch position you'll see what i mean. But hey, in the hole its cool that i managed that so far lol. Thanks again guys.

Re: OK a 65 G Slowly but the best i can make it

I want to run something by you guys. Did anyone use or heard anybody use the Tunze powerhaed with the Tunze rock? If you look at the pic; you see that free area. My plan was to use a Vortech 40 at the top corner the tank, behind the first sculpture near the overflow, directing againts the wall and the seond structure. And to have a Tunze on the floor with a rock structure pushing water flow toward the top againts the front glass. creating in fact a Gyre Tanks effect.Advanced Aquarist's Online Magazine - Feature Article: Water Flow is More Important for Corals Than Light, Part V My question is do you think adding a TunzeTunze Turbelle NanoStream Pump 6045 - SaltySupply.com to the tank bottom is an overkill if i have the Vortech 40 at the top.

Not sure about the power head but I like the way the rocks came out. I was worried about the foam but it looks a lot better than I thought it would.

Re: OK a 65 G Slowly but the best i can make it

I have a Vortech MP20 on my 40 breeder and absolutely love it. If you have not used one before, you might want to play around with placement and settings to see what you like before investing in a stream. I found I like my pump more midway down the tank; it creates an undertow on the bottom when placed there. When I had it high in the tank it kicked up sand.

Some redesining

Looking at the hole aquarium and the rocks used , i figured that i'd need more rock in the tank. So to accomodate more i'm redoing the base of the second structure. I got to start some of the finishing spikes and used a new technique for the sticking the stones on the spikes, using silicone instead of zip ties. The ties are too big for the small pieces of rocks and need too much foam to cover them up. I want to keep the ends thin, so the less foam i use the better for those areas.

Breaking the structure appart

Re: OK a 65 G Slowly but the best i can make it

I'm gona add more pictures of the new structure as the work progress. For now this is how i used the silicone to fix those finishing rocks.

One of the spikes finished, just waiting for a bit of foam.

Let me explain, without God,none of the rest exist. Without a tank, whats the point of having a job?and without a job your not going to have a wife who will provided children, who in turn brings home pets you will have to pay and care for.
