Re: My 46 gallon LPS Tank

Cool, I guess I'll keep the scape then. Once I get some more frags together I'll have to send you some of the frogspawn if you want. It is a great coral.

For something that's suppose to be relaxing, you sure seem aggravated!

Why are your clownfish black and white? Were they cheaper because they're the wrong color?

sticking with the 29 gallon!

Im wayyyyyy jealous of your tank! It looks awesome! You did a great job on that one! Is it just me or is that frogspawn like 10x bigger than the clownfish? It looks huge compaired to him/her.

Re: My 46 gallon LPS Tank

Thanks Jason! The frogspawn is like 12 inches across and the clowns are like one inch so yeah, it pretty much dwarfs them. Thanks Mya. I'm still learning with the camera.

Re: My 46 gallon LPS Tank

Does your clown host the anemone? Ive heard of people scooping the soon-to-be-hostee up ang placing it within an inch of the anemone. Then leave the net there until the clown swims out. He has to go into the anemone. Then, with a little luck, you may have artificially made them pair!

Re: My 46 gallon LPS Tank

No the clowns haven't hosted it yet. I am waiting for it to get a little bigger first but I'll keep that method in mind, thanks!

Re: My 46 gallon LPS Tank

Your welcome! I have a BTA as well in my tank. The green variety. Red BTAs are beautiful specimens! Quite costly too! Lucky mom found it with a mated pair of maroon clowns hosting it. She got the trio for $65!!! What a great deal! Unfortunately my tank is only 3 months old and the LFS wont accept a return. I was forced to keep it. Its doing well after 1 week so we will se what happens!
