Well did the water test and everything checks out fine just need to add the PC's to the canopy and I will start changing everything over to the new tank.

tried doing the dursostandpipe but had to make an adjustment. Instead of using a T and an Elbow I went with a Wye and appears to be working well.

Robert,

That powerstrip with the individual on/off switches is an awesome idea. I never thought of that before.

Well here's some more progression pics
Finally got the lighting done. I took apart my coralife PC's unfortunately the reflector looks little odd couldn't make a straight cut for some reason

That's what happens when you don't rinse the southdown it took about 10 hrs for it to clear.

The water got cloudy any time I tried to aquascape so I just threw all the livestock in there and waited and waited

Will try to scape today. Well I've done it both ways rinse and no rinse and definitely recommend rinsing the southdown because the filtration will remove the very fine sand anyway.
