Make sure you get permission to use the photo first, then use a resizing program to shrink it down and upload it for your avatar.

With permission from teh photo owner, right click the photo and save it to your disk... then resize it and upload it to your avatar.

I give you permission to use any of my pics in my photo gallery.

You have to email/contact the photo owner and ask.

To save the photo, right click on the picture and 'save as' (choose the directory you want to save it on).

wooden harpoon, when you click on the persons name to the left, a pull down menu apears..on it you can click and view a members profile and learn a lil bit about them
