still very very scared of this tank!!!! just applied the third coat. Glass goes in tomorrow night, water goes in Saturday

Thats a bit fast dude. I would give it at least 7 days cure time after the glass is in. After building my tank i waited over 2 weeks. Don't care to much what the tube says, I researched silicone cure times and found out 7 to 14 days is normal cure, longer for a full hard cure. Keep in mind this is not some 50 gallon lfs leak fix.

no kidding. GARF says 48 hours. tube says 24 hrs. last plywood tank I waited 48

Keep in mind the silicone is being applied here:
so its not really holding anything together just sealing.
