Brooksy, just caught up and it looks outstanding. You look like you know what you are doing with the drywall, mud can be a real pain. I like the military wedding pic, I have one from my wedding but I was a 3rd class at the time, about 22 years ago, he he. Actually I'm still a 3rd class citizen, nother time. Anyway everything looks great brooksy, I will try to keep in the loop but my time is slipping away on me as I get older.

well found some major problems with the basement wiring. Had a contractor come in and he says its bad. Real bad. So I have another state inspector coming tomorrow. Now I just have to see how much it will cost to fix and if I can go back on the old owner of the house since it wasnt disclosed and is a safety hazard.

good news is I found my skimmer today for 500. I got a deltec AP851 that is about 8 months old
