No, I didn't say that you cracked the tank. But I do wish this was something caught after shipping.

Re: Tony's Amazing 39 Gallon Experience

thats very true becky..it's my own fault...but I suppose live and learn is the lesson here...good thing I am on the lithium though....instead of calmy talking to you guys right now I'd be going ape on Eddie. I know it's not his fault and did read on other forums that DHL sucks but I didn't see anything MAJOR. so I just kinda left it alone...should have done a more though investigation when I got..but don't freat it's taken care of.

Plus for all I know they could be just scratches and I'm paranoid. I want this tank to be perfect in every aspect. It's not going to the bottom of the tank just a surface crack/scratch I know you all are concered b/c you guys spend a TON of money which I will never forget..hell if I start making enough money maybe I can pay you all back..that seem fair to me. But for now they're convered in silicone (and I mean convered) and I hsould be good.

Re: Tony's Amazing 39 Gallon Experience

this is like a freggin soap oprah!!!

dont worry mucci, i cant have nice things either.

broke my light when i got it.

my tank is ghetto.

cracked the column of my skimmer w/in 24hrs of owning it.

hey its 4:20.....

broke my korilla nano within an hour.

broke the original mounting brackets for my light.

shocked the liveng hell outta myself 2 times (blood only came out my ear once)

burned myself a few times.

broke a new bulb first time i went to replace it.

and this is just what i remember, and this is just my tank.

to this day, i have NEVER found any product to be 100% Bob proof.

Honestly. i can and will break it.

THATS JUST FROM MY TANK!

i short circuted the entire apartment building where i live when my top- off fell, and drained onto the outlet.

i thought it drained onto the power strip, which i tried to unplug.

ZAAAAAAAAAAPp, my neighbores said i was "smoking" and my eardrumless ear dropped a drip of blood. i knocked power out for the building.(AC SUX)

thats the 2nd worst, and was truly my falt.

ive also been tazed a few times. (DC RULES)

thats just electricity related pain. were not even talkin bones, lacerations, animals, blunt trauma, joints or ligaments.

Keep talking Bob, I think you're making Tony feel better.

Shoot, I feel like I'm living a charmed life now.

They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Re: Tony's Amazing 39 Gallon Experience

okay.

ive broken all 8 fingers @ least once.
(rugby, football, mtn climbing, horseplay, hitting)

ive had 1,2,34,.....36 stitches, then i discovered superglue.

when i was 12 i got shot in the face w/ a bow and arrow.

i cut my hand open in shop class when i was 14. (really, it wanst my fault, per-se...)

shattered my collar bone into 5 pieces (4 breaks) snowboarding when i was 15. it was christmas @ the GP's. my POS uncle told the entire family i was "just looking for attention"

not so much a week later when i went to the Dr.'s I had to have it set. 3 weeks later i RE-BROKE IT, and had to RE SET IT.

seperated my left clavicle wrestling with an olympic kayaker when i was 16.

completly tore my left hip flexo muscle, half of it "recoiled"

varsity football...
i sent 4 people to the hospital over the course of 7 games. all clean, good hits. i just know how to make people squeek.

my knee broke in half, during a kickoff. i hit the kid w/ the ball and got rolled up on by a 360 pound lineman. took out my MCL (completly) cartiledge, Minuscus, and strained my ACL, PCL.

played for 3 games before an orthapedic looked at my knee. that sucked

RUGBY is the best sport in the world.

i tore my right clavicle REAL BAD. thing was sitting like 3 inches higher in my skin over my shoulder. did that first ruck of the game and played the whole darn game before it hurt.

had a kid cleat my right hand too, the bones in my hand behind my pinky and ring figers snapped like chicked bones.

ahhh man, lets see

i did a backflip off a semi-highdive and BLEW out my right eardrum. it to this day, aint there. so feel lucky scuba people.

umm, tail bone 2X, lots of fight brawly things, landscaping, construction and rockworkikng injuries, ummm

i was replacing PHO ballasts on a 12 foot latter at this hardware store i used to work at, the manager flicked the ENTIRE CIRCUT board over because it was "too DARK" that was the worst electrociution...

i could keep goin with minor things....

none of those injuries took me out of the game(s) though. 'cept the collar bone, but that was the last run of the day.

i have a high threshold for pain i guess,

Re: Tony's Amazing 39 Gallon Experience

OK Folks finally got an update for you all. The tank is full of water and doing nicely. No leaks as far as I can tell. But just in case I do have towels on all the sides. I'll take pics tomorrow as soon as I can (going out tonight). Also ordered all the dry goods some frozen food and salt all from Marine Depot. Total came to a little over $1200.00 (hence why I had to wait so long. LR should only run me about 500 or so. I promise pics in the morning..night all.
