looks like your takeing your time and doing it right. just make sure you test all your pipeing for leaks. cant wait to see the finished product, and your baby is gonna love it when its done.

1200 gph return pump
2-300w submersible heaters
180 pounds of liverock
120 pounds of livesand

Tank still in progress. next comes the protien skimmer. then i slowley add on the perks such as a chiller.

Thanks. I'm pretty confident with my gluing abilities but the tank's going to run for about a week with 2 gallons of vinegar to clean it out really well.

Thanks everyone. Like I said before, I HATE the black silicone but I didn't notice it was black until after I started using it. Everything works fine in the sump so it's just ugly. The next big problem to figure out is how to make the pvc structure for the aquascape.

I have the CL diagram that I drew but the sump plumbing changed a lot from what I originally drew so I don't have a diagram of that.

it appears to me the drainis on the rightside of the tank & you have split it into to separte drains into the sump correct

right. The water coming from the drain on the right goes into the fuge with the majority of it being diverted into the skimmer section.
