It is a 12 gallon Aquapod. I was going to keep the filtration compartment, but all the "stuff" would not fit behind it. SO I took it out. It is amazing how much space you get from just removing a 2 inch divider.
I think that this skimmer is going to do a great job on this little tank.

about $75 bucks cheeper is the only thing i can compare so far.

the nano remora isnt rated for the same gallonage either, less actually i think.

Well. I have EVERYTHING I need to setup the tank, but My Dad wants to find the PERFECT place for it. So I am being delayed.

But I have good news.
Megan and I are headin to Key West in two weeks. We are stayin for 7 nights. We are going to do some free diving. I am going to be keeping my out out for specimens. Last time we went there were so many different small fish that were just amazing. So I am going to catch the fish that will go into my nano. I will also be on the look out for other "criiters" for this tank.

Only problem is the fish that I would buy would not be tank raised. SO really It would be no different. Also I like the Gobies, and Blennies, and Jawfish. They have limmited territories in the wild anyways.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I spent a lot of time in the Keys in the 70's and 80's. I collected my own fish too! Say hello to Jimmy Buffet!

You can charter a small boat or get in with a group that is going snorkeling. They will take you out a ways where the water is pristine and the coral reefs are just below the surface. Awesome! Get your underwater camera ready!
