Thanks Frankie! The stand arrived today, the sump room is prepped, the RO/DI is plumbed, the background is on, durso equip purchased... now all I need is some burly dudes to help me hoist the beast on the stand! (that happens tommorrow)

I saw a thread on another site where a guy used an air bag lift to put the tank on the stand. It was a pretty smooth idea! I bet you can get them from a rental store.

Phew, what a chore plumbing up everything! Now the long wait for 250 gallons of RO water. ZZZZZZZZ.

My darn camera is acting all funky. I need a new one bad. Sometimes it will work, sometimes in won't. New batteries don't help. Its gettin kinda old

I think you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll make 250g. Are you draining the DI water directly into the tank? Or are you collecting it in a barrel first.

I'm draining directly into the tank. I figure I'll be done sometime monday, but you are right is going faster than I expected. Will be hard not to call in sick monday

Lighting = 6x250 watts MH, 2x96 watt PC ,and 2x140 watt VHO for a total watt of 1,972 watts . New addition on 4-14-07 of 100 gallon sump and 100 gallon refugium. I think I have lost my mind.
