And I resemble that "grumpy old people" remark.

Re: "Chronicle Marina del Filón de los Carlos"

Well monday i think it was i cant remember... our air was out in the house while i was at work. I was told they would work on it Tues. they came early and i was unprepared. My tank jumped from 78 to 85 with the halides off. ive lost one of my acroporas and i believe a second may not come through. horrible smell came from the tank for a couple days. no ammonia on the three test ive done. nitrite good, nitrates great. ive been running some extra carbon and the smell disappeared. needless to say the little hair alge i had grew a ton. ill be plucking some out tommorrow. other than that lifes great in the tank. With the new airconditioner unit the house temp is WAY better and my tanks a bit more stable. YAY.

Re: "Chronicle Marina del Filón de los Carlos"

WOW!
Sorry to hear that. I am suprised it went that high so quickly without the halides. It must be very warm where you are. Try adding some fans. That should help in case you ever have the AC break again.

Lynn and Franks saltwater adventure

Lynn's 20g clown tank

Lynn's 90g of sunshine

Every 60 seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

HAH yeah. inside the house was like 90. outside was cooler. I had EVERY fan in the house on my tank. PC fans, rotating fans, i had to top off at least 4 gallons by the end of the day. my room was more humid than after a rainy summer day. it was bad.
