IF, or more like WHEN, that happens again, just put ice cubes in a zip lock back and float the bag. You have to keep a close eye on the water temp though because it can drop it pretty quick so you don't want to use TOO much ice.

| Harlequin Tuskfish | Re: "Chronicle Marina del Filón de los Carlos" it was labeled torch, but they could always be wrong... as for more pictures vid, cant have anymore... they poor guy has been pretty bad since the air outage. last night they last of its tentacles melted, fell off, or were eaten. theres the other loss i was talken about. everything else seem to be doing good. the xenia is spreading like mad... you guys were right. it is a weed. i pretty one though.

Although i failed and had a pretty nasty looking tank after my heat/airconditioner issues I will continue in the hobby. Thanks for all the support on my first reef tank!![]()

It's ALL gotta go!! Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change. Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%. Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!! Lots of losses and a big bubble alge/hair alge problem. I fought it all summer but couldnt handle it during with getting married and moving. so i dumped it and added the livestock to my 55 and am cooking the rock for my 55. Sucks but i didnt have room for it at the new house anyways...
