| Just Mike for short | Move over nano... Since 1992 I have kept nano reefs, my largest ever a 20gl. Lately I have moved up in the world. First a 75gl and now a 150gl. I have missed out on stable ph, salinity, temp., though maintaining these parameters had all become second hand. Now I am bored becuse there is no change in the parameters.lol It is empty looking, but eventually I will have it full. The white basket is the refugium and half the tank I am keeping bae-bottom and the end with the DSB is for the Tiger pistol and Randall's goby. I want to keep frags at the bottom and the Tiger tends to steal them so I thought I would try this out. Maybe he will leave them alone. At the top I have a couple hang-on baskets for ricordia frags. Lighting is one 400wt hamilton 14k on the coral end and T5 blues all the way across. The sump you can see and the DIY kalk reactor seems to be working pretty well along with the ATO. Keeping the ph at 8.3. Looks like my play room walls might need a painting.
