| Golden Moray | Re: My slow 135g build Yea, Greg, the are loyal and loving, there's no doubt in my mind that he will die for me. Sorry that happened to you, thats exactly why i had him go through obediance & defensive courses. I need to have complete control of him @ all times. Thanks Cracker, it was a rough day, hopefully it'll get easier with time. Terry, i could easily deal with 7a.m., but it's going to take some work with this 1a.m.

| Golden Moray | Re: My slow 135g build since the only way to get the sump into stand is to take the middle brace out. i'm getting ready to sawzaw the brace out, and make it removable just in case i ever need to take the sump out. Before that i will make the stand for the fuge so it sits about 4" higher than the sump so it can drain into the sump. Hope that makes sense.

| Golden Moray | Re: My slow 135g build Finally got the sump in place, after cutting out the center beam to get it in. I also made the stand for the refugium so it sits high enough that bulkhead will be just over the rim of the sump There will be a 2x4 in the center to replace the one that was cut out, but it will be easily removable(just in case). I've sketch the estimated hieght of the bulkhead out put from the fuge to sump. Also you can see the rigged-up fuge stand(its ugly buy it's sure is strong, i just gotta throw some water resistant paint on it and its good to go.

| Watch this Ma! | Re: My slow 135g build Very nice work, JoJo! Please explain what the sections in the sump are for. I'm guessing that the far right one is where the water drains into. The middle is the skimmer. The left is the return. The fuge will drain into the return section. Am I close?

| Golden Moray | Re: My slow 135g build Thanks Terry actually the sump is in backwards. i have to take it back out to make a shelf over it where the CL pump will sit. Once its in for good the skimmer will closest to the fuge(1st section), the fuge outlet will drain to the 2nd section & that will be full of LR, then the 3 baffles and return pump. It will be tight in there to do the plumbing, but hopefully it'll be ok.

| Watch this Ma! | Re: My slow 135g build Ahhhhh, ok. I understand now. And if it's not tight in there then that means that you haven't spent enough money yet. ![]()
