it's like in the wild, "you dont kill, you dont eat" i do have pics of Duece taking down a wild Boar(i'll see if i can find them),then i come in and finish it off

. he also has jumped up & snatched squirrels off the top of the fence.

I was feeding raw, but when I got up to four dogs it became too expensive AND time consuming so I gave it up. They loved it, though! I was uber obsessed that they weren't getting the right mix of nutrients so I was always fretting about that. It's better for me to not feed raw because of that LOL.
Canidae is a very good kibble. I can tell you loce your puppers!

i know the feeling Barb, as you know i have 3 dogs, & one cat that eats like a dog. i would like to feed raw more than i am, but i would be the one eating kibble. i been told to keep feeding kibble so they the starch & wheat they need.

Actually, they don't need hardly ANY starch or wheat in their diet. They're supposed by get very, very little; equal to about what the partially digested stomach contents of what a kill would have in its stomach.

But, it's very expensive to do it all! And, I hear you about you being the one to eat the kibble then.... not worth it, I don't think you'd like the kibble one bit! LOL

the bulkheads arrived yesterday, i had to trim one bulkhead(the inside lip & the washer bolt) so both would fit. i used a jigsaw with the blade backwards. the trimmed one seems to still cover the hole well.

I would imagine that that should work spendidly! The only thing is, do you have enough room to screw on both nuts on the outside of the tank?

(geez, that just doesn't sound good, does it...)

yea, i will have to screw the trimmed bulkhead first, & it will give room for the other to fit
