Nice aquascaping!

Although I'd suggest taking back the scooter blenny if possible because your tank does not yet have the live food population to support it.

Re: My 29 gallon Oceanic Biocube

You've had luck getting it to eat pellet food already? You're quite lucky then, congrats

Re: My 29 gallon Oceanic Biocube

not yet, but i had one b4. and it sifts my sand, plenty of algae now, and when my tank is mature and dosnt automatically grow diatoms and other algae in the sand, i will have the live food in my tank, plus i bought a couple rocks off this guy out of his fully mature reef a few weeks ago, so i already have copepods.

Please don't take offense to this, but Scooter Blenny's are not herbivorous in nature (they don't eat algae). They have similar feeding requirements to Mandarin Dragonette's and rarely take to frozen meaty foods. I would keep a close eye on him, and if he doesn't take to frozen foods soon I would try to find him a larger, more established tank.

Re: My 29 gallon Oceanic Biocube

good luck with the tank , I agree with the scooter blenny needing a diffrent home. There are other hardee fish to try other than him for a new tank. I love the little Clown gobies, or perhaps a small flasher wrasse. The best of luck to you.
