Hello Sarah..... huuuuuhhhh nice shot's of Freddy and Spike, I like both.

BTW .... of course you can just take the Ric's out of water and dry the pieces of rock a little and then fix with glue gel on another rock, no problem.

Thank you!!! yeah the skimmer is good news!!! Marine Depot really went out of their way to help... they did say that they would have to charge me for the skimmer they are sending, but would take that charge off once they got the defective skimmer back. so thats fine! and they shipped it free of a shipping charge,, AND they are sending a return slip so i can return the other skimmer back on their charge..... so very cool and very good CS on Marine Depot's side!

MarineDepot really is an awesome business. They are a model that everyone else should follow. I think it's Craig who lives not far from their store front too. Lucky so and so....

As hobbiest, we're really lucky to have them as a place to purchase things from. Have you ever ordered livestock from them? I think their website is marinedepotlive or something like that.

Re: Althea's 28g Nano

I agree about Marine Depot's customer service. My best story is when I purchased a Seachem Mag test kit. When I got it one of the vials was broken. I called them asking for a new vial and they sent me an entire new kit at no charge! My only complaint, and it's minor, is it takes about nine days for me to get my stuff from them, UPS uses a rediculously slow pack mule to deliver my stuff.

Re: Althea's 28g Nano

ok, update! i did my water change today, and got all the ricordia securely attached to a rock... removed the mushroom that was growing on the ricordia piece of rock and put that on a separate rock. ALSO!! wanna here something cool! LOL.. when i first set up the tank, put the rock in ect. there was this anenome looking white thing in the back of the tank(i think it hitchhiked off the rock) and it was always BRIGHT white, and it just stayed in the back and lived back there.. all the time we are wondering wth this is and i cant believe its surviving back there... not much light cause of the way the rock work was, but it must have gotten enough nutrition to survive... not thrive mind you, but at least survive! sooo.. i redid all the aquascaping and it really opened it up in the back.. all of a sudden... this mushroom/anem thing gets some color!!! its really pink in the center with green outer edge ric like tentacles...and it also has little bulb like ric like things on it.. i will get pics later when it all clears up...but i attached that to the mushroom rock. i just cant believe this thing survived! it was so bleached for so long, then all of a sudden.. its pretty! LOL ok, thats it.... take care all!!

I don't suppose you can get a pic of it, can you? I'd really like to see it. Could it be a Sebae anemone?

Re: Althea's 28g Nano

ok, here is the mushroom or whatever thing that was bleached.. its still a little stressed from being spuer glued!! so are my fingers! LOL

the rock i glued all the ricordia to, the pink one grew a second mouth.. and the yellow on top is the one that split

and another shot of the green ricordia... this one has 3 mouths!

and a picture of the orange ricordia i got...its at a weird angle...
