Mine would "stand" keeping the bottom part of the foot on the sand and the front of the foot on the glass and reach with it's mouth.

Craig that's exactly what mine would do.. it was shocking how FAR he could reach with that "telescopic" thing!

My conch stays pretty much on the rock or glass. It doesn't get on the sand too much.

Look.....The worm came all the way out of the rock today. I was gonna get him out but took that time to get a few pics lol

Wow.. that's a chunky bristle worm! I'm paranoid about them after Jack's Example!

The previous owners of this tank didn't take really good care of it. They never scooped anything up that was dead...So when we set it up it was like a snail graveyard. We got most of the out but i'm sure there's some we missed.

So anyway last night I'm watching the tank and notice and old snail shell moving. I noticed a couple days ago that it was empty and NOW it's MOVING!!!
So frantically I grab my camera up and go scope it out. A hermit moved out of his little shell and into the BIG old snail shell!!!!

It's way to big for him he could barely move it but he's still in there today lol....

I'd have a hard time going back to the Pinto after I sat in the Cadillac for a little while too!

i re-arrange my rock work this weekend, and all my bristle worms went crazy, came all the way out, shot goo, and went back in?
