I love my turbo snails too....

So the turbo snail and that other snail are the only type that they sell at the LFS here unless I tell them to order me some.

Good job spotting and catching. I know people who spend weeks trying to catch one of those little menaces.

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...(-NO3=WC%)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!

Re: Ashley and Ben's 55gal Gift.

Yea I hardly ever smoke when I'm at home. I refuse to smoke in my house and I hate sitting outside to smoke so I said when work is over and done with I would try to quit smoking. Last night was the "last night of work".

It hasn't even been 24 hours and I'm already going crazy. This is gonna be the hardest thing I've done.

Re: Ashley and Ben's 55gal Gift.

You can do it slacker Just every time you have the urge to smoke do something "Creative" or constructive. Maybe clean something... do tank maintenance... just something to keep you mind off the topic and at least help to curb the craving. I will have to admit I have yet to even TRY smoking so I am NOT speaking from any kind of experience. I believe you can do it though.
