Thanks it is getting there. Sometimes I wonder how much time I would save if I didnt try to re-use materials.

Again today I ran out of parts. Partially because I had to make a few changes again because of hieght issues. Dry fitting is almost complete. Here is today progress.

I love those gate valves. I used them all over the place when I plumbed in the 450. The only ball valves I have are the ones right at the pump and they're always wide open unless I need to pull the pump.

Once again, nice work Jack. is it better to have the check valve close to the pump or on the other side of the gate valve?

There's no telling how much time you waste being "Thrifty" but sometimes it's the BEST Way to go

As long as it doesn't include making more trips to Lowes or Home Depot. Have you checked the price of gas lately?

JoJo I alway put the check valve as close to the pump as possible thatit the point where the most back pressure is therefore I know the valve will close completely.

this thread but seeing it in print just makes me FURIOUS!

Jack that makes perfect sense in WHY you put it up close to the pump like that. I never really thought of it that way. Good work buddy.
