Robert, you said they told you the lights had defective boards or leds or something and they weren't shipping until they fixed them all. That sounds to me like they decided to hold on shipping until they had it right like Jack said. Putting a hold on shipping like that and giving disclosure on what's wrong moves them up a notch in my book...

Michael, I'm glad to hear it's all finally coming together for you. Can't wait to see it in action!

Oh I agree Octo. Lesser companies may have shipped them defective. But my experience with electronics is that if is funky from the start, it stays funky. This company needs customer confidence very badly, and while I think its admirable to put the cards on the table, it doesn't seem to be a smart PR move. I've got one on order myself, so believe me, I want it to work and be rock solid. I hope you guys who will get them before me will honestly assess them for the rest of us.

I called PFO five minutes ago to get a tracking number. The lady says oh no your order has not shipped yet, im sorry. Yeah well ME TOO. DONT TELL ME SOMETHING HAS SHIPPED WHEN IT HAS NOT. I WILL GO APE ****!!!!!
STRIKE ONE FOR PFO. I know this makes me sound harsh. But when I have been told week after week it will be next week, I tend to get mad. The lady said tha there are several more orders ahead of me. I asked how many, she said at least 4. What the heck does "at least four" mean?

I know. I wont put up with shoddy workmanship. That makes me even more upset than delays that are uncalled for.
