Nice color!! Does the Tunze has a soft start feature? I haven't ruled out the Vortech but with the hood I had planned to build it wouldn't allow the motor to be outside the tank.

I am not sure. It says not to use it with wavemakers. But you can use it on the tunze wave driver, so I will have to find out.

yepp ... 1 Liter sparkling water to 100 Liter aquarium water , exact Michael !

Check one to two days after the addition of the water the PH and alc. By the carbonic acid the value PH, also the alkalinity decreases.

I have a serious question. My main return pump is a little giant. It is ridiculously loud. I can hear it in every room of the house. When I am in the fish tank rook I cant even think to my self. Are these pumps know to be extremely loud or do I have a defective one? WHat is the deal. And which pumps are know for being EXTREMELY QUIET?

I dont think the very loud noise is the fan, but it does not sound like a clunking noise. It just sounds like normal operational noise X50.
