Arghhhhh!!!!!

Plumbing Sucks.
It is not difficult but when you cant find what you need it is VERY frustrating. Home Depot does NOT have all the parts needed to build a Stand Pipe, nor does Lowes.

No plumbing tonite, just me mad, and frustrated. I guess I will have to call Jeff at LifeReef tommorow to find out what all I need to get the system up and running.

My inlet bilkheads are 1.5 in. I need a 1.5 threaded to 1 slip male adapter. Where can I find these. I have tried Home Depot, Lowes, online. I just cant find them

Marine Depot had everything that I needed. My order will be here friday. So that means that I should be able to start filling the tank up by the end of the weekend~Michael

Well, I have been doing a ton of research on fish over the last few months. The last month or so has been dedicated to Bluespot Jawfish and ANGELFISH!!!

I am going to do something risky. I have been playing very safe with regaurds to fish. In this tank I want to have some diversity. Whenever I think of a coral reef, the first fish I imagine is an angelfish. So in "my" reef I am going to have TWO. They will be added at the same time, and will be the second group of fish to be added.
I am going to have a Regal Angel and a Majestic Angel. Both fish have a max. length og 10 inches in the wild. Almost every source I have read says that under PERFECT conditions these fish will only get to half or a little over half their wild maximum. This being said I am going to have to be careful what I put into the tank now. Everywhere I checked says that these angels are the more reef safe of the large angels. Since I want a predominatley SPS tank, having the angels will prevent me from adding to many LPS corals that may damage my SPS. Although they are said to eat LPS corals, I have read many articles that many of these angels will not bother LPS or Clams. I have read others that stated that they will pick at LPS and Clams.
Also The Angels are not chewing off bits of the clams mantle, they are eating the Mucous that the clam expels.
I think that as long as I keep the Angels well fed, picking will not be a problem.

I have a new fish list as well, which I belive is permanent. (for now)
