Re: 240

I think that most of these fish have pretty light bio-loads.

Re: 240

Even with thin fish that's still a LOT of fish. Would look SICK for sure but I don't think that would give you a "Light Bio-Load" though.

Re: 240

I know, and odds are all of those will not make it into the tank. The only fish I am 100% sure about are the Blue Spots, the Clowns, and the Exquisite Wrasse>

Re: 240

I think if you ramp up to that bioload over a years period of time you will be ok. Especially as your coral and filter feeders start to mature and you get a handle on the maintenance of this sized tank. Super-size your skimmer! Did you get the McSkimmer?

BTW, that's a red carpet line-up!

Re: 240

Thanks everyone. Yall know I would never add all of those at one time. I figured the Blue Spots would go first. Then the clowns.
I would like to get the Anthias in there earliy on, as Ventralis anthias are super fragile. i dont think that they could handle much torment from the other fish. Then the tang and wrasses. I would spread it out quite a bit>

Re: 240

I like the list of fish as well, and I don't think it should create a bioload problem in a well maintained tank.

I love my Lineatus Fairy Wrasse. It is a super male, very friendly, very active, very peacefull. What more could you ask for in a fish. All the fairy wrasses are great. The Hawaiin flame will cost big $$$.

I know nothing about mandarins, but the others are great. I have kept 3 types of anthias, but not the type you plan for. If they are more fragile than the ones I have kept (queen tiger, evansi, squaws) then be very very careful until they start to eat. I have had the best luck with a mix of baby brine shrimp and plankton for the first 5 days.

Re: 240

Thanks, the Hawiian flame will cost no more than the Exquiste. I have seen pairs for around $275.00
The Anthias that I want are very similar to the evansi with regaurds to durability.

Like the copperband and kole. I like seeing aquariums with groups of fish, but diverse groups. This is going to be one colorful tank!

Re: 240

Nope. Ebony
It looks really good. Once I get this baby up and running I am going to need to head your way. A visit to Mr. Coral and PEA will be in order. I hope once it is up and running you can come down to see it. I am going to be looking around for some plastic crates this weekend. I am going to elevate the sump and everytging else up about 3 inches. Hopefully this will be a weekend for plumbing.~Michael
