Michael, how did you purchase that tank? Some credit cards offer buyer protection that covers things like accidental damage or will refund the cost even if the seller won't accept the return.

WOW! Yeah that's a BIG tank! Good job!

Just My 2 cents but I wouldn't put anything INTO it until AFTER you talk with them. That's a fairly large "looking" chip but it could just be more magnification. I think they need to SERIOUSLY look at that mistake and re-evaluate this product. I wouldn't hesitate for ONE moment to let them know that this tank is getting a LOT of attention online and we are ALL waiting to see what the outcome is. This is something that could RUIN a company trying to sell tanks online and Customer Service is lacking with them already. Stick with them and don't be afraid to have Dad talk to them. This is an "Investment" not just some small tank hidden in someone's bedroom. You WANT it right!!
