Did you send an email. What were the terms of your sales contract, did they retain legal responsibility until you picked the tank up? If so they and the carrier have to make it right!

ouch, Paul's got a point. But if you make a stink now, it's better than waiting. Let them think you'd be perfectly willing to just have them take it back and get your money back, that might motivate them more.

I talked to the lady she said to take the tank and call the owners. I have not talked to anyone yet so I dont know what they are going to do.

GC has horrible customer service record. There is a local guy here that had the same problem but the chip was under the trim & he didnt see it when he picked it up. They did give hime a deal on a new tank but would NOT fix or replace the chipped tank. One good thing you have is the fact it was put on record by the driver.

You know that it is bad when the driver calls the owners a** Holes. Especially when she tells a customer that.

Anyways I got the stank and canopy finished yesterday. Today with the help of my dad Jose (not the fish) my brother, cousin, and girlfriend, I got the tank in its new home.
All I can say is holy crap it is huge!!!!!!!
The rim of the tank is ABOVE my head. I have many new pics to post later, but this is a huge tank. My fish are allready eyeballing it. They know that it is thier new home.

Michael, sorry to hear. I am sure you can get the entire group here to start posting all over the reef world if they don't give you satisfaction. In the meantime that is one huge tank.
