They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. | Angel Girl's Daddy ![]() | Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment Ok here is the pictures of what i have done. I still need to do the side cabinet doors, bottom skirt and both side ends. The wood is really showing nice now with the finish. My crappy photo skills don't do it justice. My favorite is the long 6" center slab of wood. It looks much better this way then the way i had it before. ![]() ![]() I did not glue on the left side piece yet because i am getting that door lift for the canopy. The blue tape will work until then ![]()

| Madame Klanganator | Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment More beautiful work by Mr Frankie... I think the blue tape just does it, too. Maybe you'll decide to leave it! That clam is HUGE.

| Angel Girl's Daddy ![]() | Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment The only bas part about the tape is i have to keep moving it every day. This wood darkens over time and after two days you can see were it was. I know this from contractors taping down stuff over my work to protect it. Todays been a rough day for me. I buried a friend who had a massive heart attack, my wife ran out of gas and i had to go deal with that at rush hour and my contractor called to let me know one of my workers destroyed the bottom of the custom lacquer cabinets in a very expensive custom home. So i decided to perform a 50 gallon water change to cheer myself up. Sump is sparkling ![]()

| Watch this Ma! | Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment Man Frankie, that is very beautiful wood work!!! I'm so sorry to hear about everything that happened today. If you ever make it up this way, you have to promise that you'll stop in. I'd love to meet you. I enjoy meeting and talking to people who still hold their head high in the face of adversity.

| Angel Girl's Daddy ![]() | Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment Thank you everyone. This weekend i will be building a new Kalk stirrer. The old one works ok but now that i am comfortable with acrylics it's time to make a more professional one. I am ruling out the multi media box. I have been doing some reading and tubes are stronger then boxes. Even Weatherson had to ditch his square ca++ reactor due to fractures on the walls. And that guy knows how to build stuff. When it's done i will start a thread on it. Also i will sneak in some previews here ![]()
